Mike is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Lindner College of business with degrees in finance and real estate. Michael has also completed the comprehensive wealth management school through the Canon financial Institute at Northwestern University.
Mike has served on the board for many local and national charities including, the hunger network of greater Cleveland, Northern Ohio hemophilia foundation, the National hemophilia foundation, along with the investment committee of the arthritis foundation.
Mike has been married to his wife Amy for over 30 years and has three children, Maggie, Jacob, and Adam along with their two Bernese Mountain dog’s and a rescued cat. When not working, Mike enjoys traveling with the family, pickle ball and golf. He has explored the country with his family in their RV over 11 years and has now moved on to exploring the rest of the world.

Originally from Lake County in Madison, OH, it was not until after starting with Wells Fargo Advisors he made the brave trip crossing the Cuyahoga River to the west side of Cleveland. JD attended Lake Erie College; while playing baseball, he received his BS and MBA in Business Administration. He continues to stay involved with his alma mater, currently serving on their Board of Directors and member of their Finance & Investment Committee. He served as President of the National Alumni Board for three years. JD also enjoys playing vintage baseball for the Cleveland Blues using rules from the 1860’s. Heading to the Metroparks with his wife Chrissy, son Theo, daughter Kinley and golden retriever Parker is always a top choice for the family.
JD will tell you the favorite part of his job is listening to the life stories of his clients. Seeing the unique path of each client and then having the privilege of becoming a part of that journey is what gives him the satisfaction in his work. JD enjoys a good cup of coffee and is always willing to sit down and listen to your story.

John is a graduate of Kent State University and in 1991 received his bachelors in Pre-Medicine and Zoology and he has his MBA in International Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He serves Saint Raphael Parish on Finance Council and supports Best Buddies Cleveland which is an organization for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Mary Beth and John have been married since 1991. They are the proud parents of Maggie, Hannah, and John. John enjoys experiencing local breweries and renovating perfectly good parts of his house as well as continuing to golf, play volleyball, and bowl with the Cleveland Athletic Club. No hole-in-one yet but John did manage a 300 game in 2018. They joined the Vatican Patrons of the Arts and on a visit to Rome in 2023 they were graced with the honor of not only meeting but also shaking hands with Pope Francis!

Sean learned from his parents (with help from five sisters) to value honesty, hard work and self-improvement. He applied those lessons to pay his way through Cleveland State University and later to earn his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.
Originally from Darien, Connecticut, Sean has served as President and Trustee of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce, an Alumni fundraiser for St. Ignatius High School, and both Bay Village and City of Westlake Economic Development committees.
Away from the office he remains active having completed more than a dozen triathlons and two successful Alcatraz swims. San Francisco is a favorite getaway for Sean and wife, Laura, where they spend time with daughter Mary and granddaughters Elle and Josie. While in California, they occasionally take a side trip to wine country or a hike through Muir Woods.

Lauren's career progression brought her to Northeast Ohio, where she embraced advancing leadership roles. She has served as Market Operations Manager, Market Administration Manager, and CRG Market Governance Manager, supporting the state of Ohio. Lauren thrives on integrating leadership, operations, risk, and client service to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Throughout her tenure with Wells Fargo Advisors, Lauren received several accolades recognizing her exceptional contributions. She was honored as the 2013 Wells Fargo Advisors Team Member of the Year. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Lauren actively contributed to her community as President of the Wells Fargo Volunteer Chapter for Northeast Ohio. She collaborated on projects with the Cleveland Kids’ Book Bank, The Trust for Public Land, Junior Achievement, and Habitat for Humanity.
In pursuit of her academic goals, Lauren obtained her bachelor's degree in business administration from Heidelberg College while working full-time.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Lauren now resides in Avon Lake, Ohio, with her husband, Tom. They share a passion for travel and have enjoyed unforgettable experiences such as hiking a glacier in Norway, exploring a volcano in Iceland, boating along the Algarve in Portugal, and whale watching in the Azores. In her leisure time, Lauren enjoys outdoor activities, including running, boxing classes, and yoga on rest days.

As a senior member of Your Bridge Wealth Management, James manages assets for individuals, trusts, retirement plans, organizations, and businesses. He has been recognized as a Platinum Council Advisor by Wells Fargo Advisors from 2011 through 2025.¹
James strongly believes in the importance of community involvement. He currently serves on the board of Growth Partnership for Ashtabula County and has previously served on the boards of the Ashtabula Chamber of Commerce and the Ashtabula Speech, Hearing, and Rehabilitation Center. He is a member of the Executive Committee for Ashtabula’s annual Heart Walk through his involvement with the American Heart Association. He is also a member—and past president—of Geneva’s Rotary Club. Additionally, James is a graduate and former board member of LEADERship Ashtabula County and a past board member of Ashtabula’s YMCA.
Outside of the office, James stays busy with his wife, Allison, and their two daughters, Reese and Nora. He is an avid golfer and a lifelong Cleveland sports fan.

Daniel’s client-first philosophy is rooted in the simple principle of treating others the way he would want to be treated. He begins every client relationship by listening—genuinely understanding each client’s concerns, sensitivities, goals, and family dynamics. His advisory approach extends beyond investments to include guidance on Social Security, risk management, long-term care, and effective estate planning strategies. Daniel and his team employ a discerning investment style, utilizing primarily outside and independent research. He believes that wealth, often the result of many years of hard work, must be carefully preserved as well as grown. As such, he places equal emphasis on preserving assets and achieving adequate returns.
Daniel is a graduate of Indiana University and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. He is also an active member of the Investments & Wealth Institute. As the founding associate of Your Bridge Wealth Management, he has taken great pride in working alongside a dedicated team who share his mission to serve clients with excellence. Daniel’s charitable involvement is extensive. He is especially active in his church and community fellowship and has served as president of both the Kiwanis Club and the Ashtabula Chamber of Commerce.
Above all, Daniel is most proud to be the father of eight children who have grown into capable and contributing members of society, each with spouses he deeply admires. His seventeen grandchildren are also a tremendous source of pride and joy. Outside of family life, Daniel enjoys travel, hiking, and refereeing basketball games.

Ryan Richards began his financial services career with Lakeview Federal Credit Union. In 2005, he joined A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly Wachovia Securities). Ryan has served Ashtabula area investors for 25 years. He has earned and maintains the Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ certification from the College for Financial Planning.
A life-long Ashtabula resident, Ryan was recently blessed with a daughter, Palmer Rose. His wife Devaron and their two older children, Charleigh and Gage, are excited for this new chapter in their lives. Ryan is a graduate of Ashtabula High School as well as Kent State University. Dedicated to his community, he has a strong personal desire to see it prosper. Ryan currently serves as vice-president of the Harbor Topky Library’s Board of Trustees. He previously served as President of the Ashtabula Area College Committee from 2017-2022. He has also served on the boards of The Demshar Foundation, the Ashtabula Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Ashtabula Salvation Army.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing golf and following Cleveland sports teams.

Phillip Anderson, a lifelong and fourth-generation resident of Ashtabula County, takes great pride in his community. He earned a BA in Finance from Mount Union College and an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. Phillip lives in Geneva, OH, with his wife, Allison, and their three children, Graham, Sawyer, and Julia.
As a consultant, Phillip is dedicated to helping clients identify and achieve their individual investment goals. He strongly believes in the relationship between investment planning and long-term financial goals and advocates for value-oriented investing. In the office, he divides his time between client relationships and researching economic and company-specific issues.
Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2013, Phillip spent over five years in equity research with Longbow Research. During his tenure, he contributed to teams recognized for outstanding institutional research by the Wall Street Journal (2012) and StarMine/Financial Times (2010, 2012). He previously held various roles with Bank of America, culminating in his position as a Senior Credit Analyst.
Outside of work, Phillip enjoys cooking, following Cleveland’s professional sports teams, and spending time outdoors with his family. He actively contributes to his local community, serving on the board of directors of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce and Geneva Soccer. He has also previously served on the boards of the Northeast Ohio Regional Airport and the Ashtabula Arts Center.

A lifelong resident of Ashtabula, Dylan attended Edgewood Senior High School from 2016 to 2019. He continued his education at Bowling Green State University, earning both a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. During his time at university, Dylan had the privilege of playing five years of collegiate golf.
In his role, Dylan assists financial consultants with clients’ retirement plans and reports through the team's planning software. He also meets with clients to provide advice and guidance on their current financial situations and retirement goals.
In his free time, Dylan enjoys playing a round of golf or heading to the slopes for an afternoon of skiing with friends and family.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Margie lived there until moving to the Lake Erie region in 2007. She enjoys living in the country near the lake, despite the winter weather.
Margie thrives in a team environment and takes pride in assisting clients with their financial needs. She focuses on Estate Processing, manages Required Minimum Distributions, and handles Qualified Charitable Donations for clients in the branch.
Margie loves traveling with her husband, Tom, of 31 years. They enjoy exploring new areas in Ohio and Pennsylvania and traveling to warmer destinations during the winter months.
Margie and Tom have two sons, Thomas and Jacob. Margie is thrilled that Thomas has joined the team as a Client Associate, following in her footsteps. Jacob lives in Columbus with his wife, Shelby, and their two children, Akley and Malcolm. Jacob is currently a Deputy Sheriff for Franklin County. Margie and Tom are delighted to have them living nearby, allowing for regular weekend visits.

Donna views assisting clients not as a burden but as a purpose, and she takes great pride in helping ensure clients receive the personal service they deserve. Originally from Pittsburgh, Thomas now resides in Springboro, Pennsylvania. He enjoys traveling across the country with friends, with Colorado being a favorite destination for hiking some of the more accessible mountain trails.
